Judy MacGregor is mom to 7 amazing children, preschool educator, freelance writer and poet.
As a home school mom , not only for 6 children of her 7 children, but for many others of mix age and learning abilities from 2000 – 2013,she has gained experience in academic writing. Designing and writing her own curriculum, workshops, lessons and reading materials according to the needs of her pupils. She ran a private school in Aberdeen for the period 2005 -2008.

She also advocated as a parenting expert and contributor to The baby club (www.thebabyclub.co.za) 2013/2014 and a contributor to Parenting hub (www.parentinghub.co.za) from 2013
She has worked as the workshop facilitator for Mad pups crime initiative (www.madpups.co.za) writing a variety of lifeskill workshops for parents and children. A series of workshops was also written for children with special needs.
Her poetry has been published on Youth village (www.youthvillage.co.za) and Joy magazine (www.joymag.co.za) and Australian pregnancy loss (www.australianpregnancyloss.au) .
She has,as a freelance journalist, written articles for Gateway news (www.gatewaynews.co.za) and has advocated for Autism on radio with Zadie-lee Muller.
She has freelanced in web design,logo and print design, copy writing, business and academic writing for various small businesses and has completed a course in social media marketing.
She currently works as a freelance editor and still enjoys the many freelance projects she undertakes.
