3 tips for a good night’s sleep

Bear goes down nicely at night but it has only come with constant routine. Here are my 3 top tips to ensure baby gets a good night sleep. 

1. Bath time 

Ensure that bath time is a pleasant, relaxing time for both of you. I used lavander products for my other bears but bear gas a much more sensitive skin so we use the fruity scents of Acorn kids gloop

2. Massage 

A gentle massage after bath will calm baby. I like the Bennett massage oil and although bear doesn’t like massage much , after his bath he is happy to lie still for a gentle massage.

3.calm and quiet

Set the  lights on dim and spend some calm , quiet time together. This could include a story, song and cuddle. Bear enjoys a nice warm bottle before grabbing his blankie and closing his eyes.
